About the position

The Client Success Manager, also known as The Partnership Builder, is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving long-term success. This role involves acting as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them unlock the full potential of the company's solutions and services. The Client Success Manager will engage with clients regularly, manage onboarding processes, identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value for clients through additional services, process improvements, or strategic advice.
  • Act as the client advocate, ensuring that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Partner with clients to develop long-term strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Track and analyze client performance metrics, including satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, focusing on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Experience managing client success, ensuring clients receive value from services, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Experience developing long-term strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience using client data and performance metrics to track success and make informed recommendations.

Nice-to-haves
