About the position

The Client Success Manager at Flywire is responsible for delivering and executing solutions for new and existing business clients in the US and EMEA regions. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, improving client retention, and identifying upselling opportunities to increase revenue. The position requires strategic consultation, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the company's services to effectively support clients in their global payments strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business client accounts.
  • Create strategies for each business client to maximize money moved and increase revenue through upselling.
  • Provide clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms.
  • Work with the existing business team to establish best practices for client onboarding.
  • Deliver strategic consultation to merchants on their global payments strategy and gather feedback for product and management teams.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of all services provided by the company and uphold professional relationships with clients.
  • Lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relationship management or account management experience.
  • Experience in inside sales and handling customer objections.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Proficient presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
