About the position

The Client Success Manager (CSM) at E*TRADE Corporate Services is responsible for providing comprehensive service and support to an assigned book of clients, focusing on stock plan administration. This role involves maintaining stock plan records, ensuring compliance with accounting and financial reporting requirements, and fostering strong client relationships. The CSM acts as a client advocate, delivering high-level services and identifying sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage an assigned base of Corporate Clients, acting as a Client advocate and partner.
  • Update Equity Edge and Stock Plans daily based on data updates from assigned Clients.
  • Ensure all participant stock plan transactions are processed and settled in a timely manner.
  • Conduct surveys and track Disqualifying Dispositions.
  • Prepare Valuation Reporting, Section 16 Insider Reporting, and Client-specific custom processes.
  • Monthly balancing of Client plans.
  • Manage Client inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Understand data flows between interfacing systems.
  • Coordinate with various teams to deliver solutions for Equity Compensation Support Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 - 5 years of equity compensation administration experience.
  • 2 - 5 years of prior B2B experience.
  • Ability to manage a moderate level of assigned clients.
  • Knowledge of the brokerage industry.
  • Experience with global equity plans and complex plans such as restricted stock units/awards.
  • Project Management skills.
