About the position

The Client Success Manager at Rezolut is a pivotal role focused on providing post-sales support within the mobile imaging team. This position is responsible for engaging and qualifying clients who can benefit from the company's diagnostic imaging services, thereby enhancing customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the sales process and will be instrumental in forming new relationships and supporting the Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company's products and services with a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
  • Identify best practices to refine lead generation processes.
  • Generate new leads and build relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills and product knowledge.
  • Utilize CRM, cold calling, email communication, and other sales tools to create new opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain new leads and existing pipeline business through engagement and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to understand specific accounts and leads, managing follow-up with clients.
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospective clients and the Business Development Manager when leads are qualified.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and lead generation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical imaging industry.
