About the position

The Client Success Manager at MARS Solution Group is responsible for expanding the company's market share by ensuring effective talent solutions and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This role serves as a key advocate for clients, consultants, and internal teams, fostering strong partnerships to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with client managers to understand their teams' talent and technology needs, positioning MARS as a trusted partner.
  • Ensure successful delivery of MARS's talent solutions by working closely with client stakeholders, gathering feedback, and continuously improving service offerings.
  • Upsell and cross-sell MARS's portfolio of services by identifying new opportunities that align with client needs.
  • Drive the expansion of MARS's market share at existing clients through relationship-building and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain regular contact with Martian consultants assigned to client projects to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with client hiring managers to gather feedback on Martian consultants' performance and address any concerns proactively.
  • Foster a collaborative relationship between Martian consultants, client hiring managers, and MARS delivery success teams, creating a true three-way partnership.
  • Ensure all risk and compliance requirements are met for client engagements.
  • Stay informed of any regulatory changes and make sure MARS's processes align with these requirements.
  • Monitor and meet the quarterly performance metrics set by clients, aiming to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Work closely with MARS delivery teams to guide demand forecasting and provide insights on balancing speed, quality, and cost in talent delivery.
  • Ensure that existing Martian resources remain engaged and that they are effectively deployed to meet client goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally with a technology solutions provider or technology staffing provider.
  • Strong understanding of client success strategies, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Experience with metric-driven performance management and a deep care for the people involved in the delivery process.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to understand both client needs and the broader market landscape.
  • Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with risk and compliance practices in client services.
