Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for small business and financial advisor clients.
• Provide expertise and guidance to customers through the client success team or in joint discussions.
• Navigate and learn new systems effectively to enhance client interactions.
• Identify and implement ways to improve processes without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of 401GO and personal growth.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client management.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proven experience in helping others and building up co-workers and clients.
• 3+ years of experience in team environments.
• Experience with 401(k) benefits is a bonus.
• Prior start-up experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll is advantageous.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is beneficial.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology.
• Fluency in pig Latin.
