About the position

The Client Success Manager (CSM) at Warner Bros. Discovery is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing campaign strategy, performance, and overall client satisfaction. The CSM will leverage their digital media expertise to drive upsell opportunities and provide analytical insights to help clients achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in a designated book of business to oversee campaign strategy execution and performance.
  • Work closely with Client Success Coordinators to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction to exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams on proposal ideation, pitch materials, and capturing campaign objectives.
  • Create media plans and collaborate with the Yield team to evaluate inventory opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Utilize data management platforms and inventory tools to assess sell-through and ad performance.
  • Demonstrate expertise on WBD products and programs to assist clients in reaching their marketing goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1.5 years in digital media, or 2+ years of media experience in advertising sales/operations or media support.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of industry technologies (Ad serving, Operative, Salesforce). Basic understanding of DFP and Freewheel is a plus.
  • BA/BS from a 4-year university or equivalent experience.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
