About the position

The Client Success Manager (CSM) at HSD Metrics is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through existing accounts. This role involves onboarding new clients, responding to support requests, and collaborating with various teams to address client needs. The CSM will work remotely, primarily engaging with clients across the US, and will report to the Lead Client Success Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a client success manager for a variety of different sized accounts.
  • Coordinate and execute regular client interactions.
  • Become a client advocate internally to ensure client issues and concerns are handled to satisfaction or escalated as needed.
  • Contribute to and enhance the client relationship program and strategy.
  • Help draft and deliver presentations and proposals for existing clients.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Generate client communication and other projects including client updates and surveys.
  • Increase revenue generated by the existing client base.
  • Work with the Marketing team to promote new products to existing clients.
  • Gain mastery of the HSD survey analytics platform and provide clients with system orientations.
  • Respond to administrative tasks related to the HSD platform, including logins and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in the Human Resources field or with Human Resource professionals preferred.
  • Experience working with surveys or HR SaaS is a plus.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint (MS Suite Products).
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working on employee survey related projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HR organizations preferred.
