About the position

The Client Success Manager at Pickhardt Prime Health is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from health insurance services. This role involves understanding client needs, managing renewals, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any concerns.
  • Work closely with clients during renewal periods to assess their changing needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance retention.
  • Act as an advocate for clients by managing and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Organize and lead regular check-ins and feedback sessions to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, underwriting, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in health insurance sales or advisory role is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of various health insurance plans, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for client management and data analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
