About the position

The Client Success Manager at Locumsmart is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of the Locumsmart platform within healthcare organizations. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to enhance user experience, manage customer relationships, and drive the adoption of technology solutions. The Client Success Manager will also track metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide training to clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and success with the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Development, Implementation, and Account Management to drive client success in Locumsmart.
  • Work with the client success team to ensure a successful process is followed, including implementing, gathering feedback, and adoption of the tool.
  • Drive a seamless user experience by collaborating with product and services teams to ensure quick adoption and value from solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships and escalations, focusing on solving business problems and creating value through Locumsmart.
  • Collaborate with support leadership and product teams on feature enhancement and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify business risks early and devise action plans.
  • Educate customers on using Locumsmart for staffing needs, scheduling, and invoicing.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing Locumsmart utilization and additional training needs.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Locumsmart and promote its utilization through expert knowledge.
  • Partner with Account Management to increase utilization and track internal and external metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' experience with B2B account management or client success management
  • Project Management experience
  • General understanding of technical requirements for technology implementation
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and process changes
  • Highly skilled in organization and tracking toward goals
  • Effective communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working at a corporate level with frequent communication across various verticals
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry and/or SaaS Technology
  • Knowledge of CHG products, functions, marketing, and service policies
