About the position

The Client Success Manager at Performive is a hybrid role that combines customer service and sales responsibilities. This position is crucial for managing relationships with both current and new clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and service delivery. The CSM will act as an advocate for clients within the company, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention while also identifying opportunities for upgrades and cross-selling within the existing customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Support an installed base of customers by resolving inbound requests via tickets, email, phone, or live chat for billing issues, support issues, and requests to add additional services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate those needs into product requirements.
  • Effectively multi-task in multiple systems and communicate with customers regarding their IT infrastructure.
  • Manage incoming workstreams, prioritize customer requests, and ensure commitments are consistently achieved for customers.

Requirements

  • Required experience in IT sales or customer service in an IT services company.
  • Preferred experience within a high-paced managed services environment.
  • Commitment to excellence and a heightened sense of urgency towards a customer base.
  • Preferred understanding of VMware, Veeam, IaaS, Cloud, Network, DRaaS, Backup/Recovery.
  • Outstanding presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Takes initiative; identifies opportunities, qualifies opportunities, and can develop and execute plans of action.
