About the position

The Story Maker Success Manager at Tellwell is responsible for leading communication and relationship management with clients, known as Story Makers. This role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication. The manager will support project management, onboard new clients, engage with clients throughout the year, and participate in business development efforts. The position is integral to ensuring client satisfaction and measuring the effectiveness of projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead communication with Story Makers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Support the project management team in onboarding new clients and setting up creative teams for success.
  • Engage with clients throughout the year to keep them informed and involved in the communication funnel.
  • Participate in business development by initiating and contributing to proposal creation and managing deals through the pipeline.
  • Represent Tellwell at community events to foster relationships with current and potential clients and partners.
  • Measure the effectiveness of projects and campaigns based on client goals and provide reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer service or client-facing experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors beyond the immediate team.
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills to lead meetings and generate ideas.
  • Proactive approach to organizing tasks and taking action to complete them effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships and actively participate in the community.
  • Capability to develop and follow processes and communicate them clearly to others.
  • Strong data, metrics, and analysis skills for reporting on KPIs or ROI.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Monday.com, Slack, and Everhour.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and Google Apps for Business.
  • Experience using AI-based tools to increase efficiency.
