About the position

The Client Success Manager at ClinChoice is a pivotal role focused on fostering and managing relationships with clients in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Biotech sectors. This position emphasizes strategic counsel, accountability, and growth, aiming to transform transactional engagements into consultative partnerships. The role requires a proactive approach to client relationship development, organic growth, and the ability to navigate complex client needs while collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and lead relationships with existing clients in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Biotech sectors.
  • Advise clients on strategic issues to advance long-term partnerships.
  • Support sales activities by utilizing expertise and resources.
  • Engage with clients to expand ClinChoice's market footprint.
  • Advise on new technology developments and collaborate on implementation.
  • Lead and coordinate RFP responses and client presentations.
  • Establish a good working knowledge of service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD).
  • 5+ years of applicable business, sales, or consulting experience.
  • 2-3 years leading major programs and projects for Global 1000 companies; experience at a top consulting firm is a strong plus.
  • Clinical, safety, or regulatory domain knowledge to understand the client's marketplace and business drivers.
  • Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
