About the position

The Client Success Manager at Crossover Health is a key member of the Account Management team, focusing on enhancing the client and member experience while driving revenue growth through strategic engagement. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement tailored engagement strategies and initiatives that foster strong relationships with clients and promote proactive healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Associate Principal or Senior Client Success Manager to leverage Account Management systems and dashboards to proactively identify opportunities to impact team revenue goals.
  • Consult with clients on planning, execution, and analysis of tailored engagement strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and execute against a path to achieving/exceeding revenue targets related to member engagement.
  • Complete client discovery and expectation setting around engagement activities.
  • Lead client engagement initiatives and partner with clients to develop and execute onsite and virtual events to increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design events and experiences that drive account activations and users.
  • Support new account implementation and manage a cadence of proactively scheduled client interactions.
  • Leverage internal data sources to draft client-facing materials.
  • Work cross-functionally with Medical Group, Clinical Operations, Technology, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, and Product on engagement efforts.
  • Provide support across the Account Management team to manage internal projects and revenue reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client success, marketing, and member experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
