About the position

The Client Success Manager at Refined Impact is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success by managing relationships and coordinating projects within a fully remote marketing agency. This role involves onboarding new clients, maintaining communication, and ensuring that client marketing objectives are met through effective project management and feedback processes.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and educate them on agency processes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and maintaining strong communication.
  • Periodically check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional support or services.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks for internal team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Communicate client needs to the team and ensure alignment between client goals and project execution.
  • Request and monitor client feedback to identify areas for improvement in both client services and internal processes.
  • Recommend solutions to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Manage client information in our CRM to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Prepare performance reports and review campaign results with clients.
  • Represent the agency at trade shows and events 2-3 times per year.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or project management role.
  • Familiarity with service-based SMBs, particularly in the automotive, trucking, or towing industries (preferred but not required).
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and project management software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to think critically to address challenges.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
