About the position

Market JD, Inc. is looking for a full-time remote Digital Marketing Client Success Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, upselling services, and addressing concerns. The manager will collaborate with various teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions that align with client goals, aiming for client retention and account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Market JD clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Upsell and renew client subscriptions.
• Address client concerns and provide solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, designers, writers, coders, and videographers.
• Deliver marketing solutions that align with client goals.
• Ensure client retention and expand client accounts.
• Guide clients on using Market JD's services to meet their business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing digital marketing and account management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining client relationships and achieving client satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including inbound marketing, SEM/PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
