About the position

The Client Success Manager will act as the primary lead for digital campaign execution, focusing on enhancing client experience and achieving campaign results. This role involves collaborating with sales staff to advise clients on leveraging marketing solutions to meet their business objectives, ensuring client satisfaction, revenue growth, and account retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with client representatives through routine interactions.
  • Develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations and identifying opportunities.
  • Lead the creative development process to optimize messaging and advertising assets for client objectives.
  • Proactively manage relationships with internal and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues while creating innovative solutions for clients.
  • Drive campaign ROI and assist the sales team in growing accounts through strong client relationships.
  • Manage client expectations, communication, and performance metrics.
  • Incorporate evolving technologies and processes into client solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns.
  • 3+ years of client service/account management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in client relationship management.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day campaign performance and assess trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated expertise with USA Today Network marketing solutions, systems, and processes.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to assess and improve marketing campaigns.
