Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for small business and financial advisor clients.
• Provide expertise and guidance to customers through the client success team or in joint discussions.
• Navigate and learn new systems quickly to optimize their use for client success.
• Identify and implement ways to improve processes without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure collective success and support each other in achieving goals.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.
• Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in team environments, with a focus on collaboration and support.
• 4+ years of experience in client management, preferably in fintech or financial services.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with 401(k) benefits and payroll services.
• Experience in a start-up environment.
• Familiarity with Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology.
• Fluency in pig Latin.
