About the position

The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and driving account growth for a leading conversation intelligence software company. This position focuses on understanding client challenges, facilitating seamless onboarding, and leveraging data to ensure client success and retention. The role requires collaboration with sales and product teams to optimize client experiences and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new customers, setting them up for long-term success.
  • Develop deep, empathetic relationships with clients, understanding their workflows and needs.
  • Use analytics and financial metrics to measure and communicate customer impact, including ROI and case studies.
  • Drive customer account growth through data-driven storytelling and taking ownership of Net Revenue Retention.
  • Work with Account Managers to support significant upsell opportunities with enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success management, account management, project management, or operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • High intrinsic motivation with a growth-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of G Suite, Slack, HubSpot, Mixpanel, and Planhat.
  • Experience in home improvement or home services industries.
