About the position

The Client Success Manager at Stride will play a crucial role in managing complex Enterprise Partnerships, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing operational support. This position requires collaboration across various teams and direct engagement with partners to drive satisfaction and retention. The role is pivotal in establishing metrics for partner success and fostering strong relationships to identify upsell opportunities and support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of newly acquired partners from contract signature to go-live, ensuring a smooth launch.
  • Lead day-to-day operational support for partners, developing and executing service delivery models and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Establish key metrics to measure partner success and communicate updates to both partners and Stride leadership.
  • Develop solid relationships within partner organizations to become a trusted partner and expand relationships.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner in pre-and post-sale business decisions, including structuring proposals and contracts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner or customer success, account management, or similar roles.
  • Experience leading effective cross-functional decisions and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to form strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Previous healthcare experience or a strong interest in the healthcare industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Client success experience in a SaaS environment managing large enterprise partners.
  • Healthcare industry experience, specifically in ACA/Individual markets.
