About the position

The Client Success Manager at Actriv Healthcare is responsible for enhancing patient care and elevating the Actriv brand value through effective account management and consulting within post-acute healthcare facilities. This role involves building new business lines, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high-quality staffing support while embodying the company's core values of Humility, Effort With Impact, Accountability, Respect, and Transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to drive staffing support based on facility needs and technology adoption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals including physicians, social workers, and nursing directors.
  • Develop strategies to enhance facility engagement and coordinate with Staffing and Recruiting to ensure high value and excellent patient care.
  • Increase community awareness of the Actriv brand through participation in events, trade shows, and local community involvement.
  • Utilize personal and professional networks to support business development.
  • Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and legislative issues in the assigned territory.
  • Leverage the company's CRM to document and manage activities against quarterly targets.
  • Promote Actriv's services to the community and match clients with appropriate services.
  • Perform other duties as defined by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in an account management or sales role
  • 2 years of experience in the post-acute healthcare industry
  • Proficiency with technology and applications, including effective user training
  • Strong vendor management and CRM utilization skills
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Extreme proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to safely lift a maximum of 20 pounds
