About the position

Ownwell is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing residential and commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. You'll play a crucial role in showcasing the value of Ownwell's services and contributing to our continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate investors and operators
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Proactively monitor client accounts, ensure successful onboarding, and oversee the delivery of Ownwell's services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery
  • Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
  • Drive account renewals and expansion revenue by demonstrating clear ROI and value to clients
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and service improvements
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tax regulations, and Ownwell's service offerings across our operating states

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in real estate, financial services, or related industries
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a high volume of accounts
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment, property management, or property tax concepts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
