About the position

The Client Success Manager at Corient is responsible for overseeing a team that delivers exceptional client service and administrative support, focusing on wealth planning and investment-related responsibilities. This role emphasizes collaboration with various departments to enhance client relationships and ensure compliance with industry standards. The manager will also play a key role in training team members and optimizing workflows to improve the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise a team of Client Success Specialists to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Delegate administrative tasks and coordinate daily workflow to optimize client service.
  • Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members on job performance.
  • Ensure compliance with account servicing and maintenance of records.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of custodial administrative and operational requirements.
  • Manage training programs related to policies, procedures, and portfolio accounting.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for account servicing issues.
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports to assess KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Wealth Advisors in monitoring account guidelines and completeness of client records.
  • Interact with clients to manage service needs and track goals, identifying opportunities for value adds.
  • Monitor timeliness of client account activities such as billing and document updates.
  • Communicate with third parties like financial consultants and centers-of-influence.
  • Create client meeting and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with team members to standardize the client experience.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss service and planning needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of related experience, with management experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Windows.
  • Interest in learning various software applications as required by the job.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and take initiative in a team environment.
  • Strong systems and procedures knowledge with the ability to train others.
  • Interest in career growth in wealth management.
