About the position

The Client Success Manager at Paul Davis Restoration is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key individuals and accounts to promote commercial business. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, promoting services, and building industry relationships, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales in the restoration services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings/facilities
  • Cold calling prospective business by emails, phone calls and in-person introductions
  • B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services
  • Schedule in-person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts
  • Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships
  • Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled
  • Plan, develop and establish sales policies, principles and procedures
  • Maintain a commercial client contact log and pipeline
  • Investigate market conditions to determine time, place and type of sale
  • Coordinate, attend and promote all company events relating to marketing
  • Assist Coordinators with before and after pictures of losses for big projects
  • Track all sales data in the main operating system, RMS
  • Generate weekly lead count and job count
  • Generate monthly sales data for individuals, departments, and divisions
  • Create daily loss report and lead report
  • Maintain company's CRM
  • Work with PDRI Regional Marketing Managers to promote and market the local office
  • Conduct market research and assist with lead generation
  • Participate in staff meetings and attend company trainings, conferences, and possible trade shows

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two plus years' experience in an outside sales (B2B) role
  • One plus years' experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One-Drive)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems

  • Ability to be assertive and self-driven
  • Ability to learn and operate primary operating systems: RMS, Luxor
  • Ability to coordinate marketing events from start to finish

  • Ability to maintain an acceptable background and MVR check during employment
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely

Nice-to-haves
