About the position

The Client Success Manager at Thysse is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and project outcomes, while also identifying opportunities for business growth within an assigned client base. The position emphasizes proactive communication, project management, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer expectations are being met or exceeded consistently.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and maintain exceptional relationships with key client individuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development to grow Thysse business with assigned clients.
  • Increase client satisfaction by aligning their needs with appropriate Thysse products and services.
  • Manage agreements and contracts as necessary.
  • Document and track client interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate complex projects, including shipping and unique projects.
  • Conduct timely post-mortem evaluations of projects for process improvement.
  • Advise customers on best strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct Client Value Reviews (CVR) with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, project management, marketing, or customer service within the printing industry.
  • Experience in print industry, direct mail, packaging, signage, or marketing agency preferred.
  • Strong computer skills in Google and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
