About the position

SVA is seeking a Client Success Manager to join its Consulting team, focusing on enhancing client relationships and ensuring the effective use of the company's ERP product portfolio, particularly Acumatica. This role emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration with diverse professionals, and personalized development opportunities, all while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with SVA clients.
  • Engage closely with key customer contacts to develop a vision for clients' business advancement.
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients via various communication channels.
  • Advocate for clients internally while collaborating with Sales, Development, Support, and QA teams.
  • Establish, maintain, and leverage KPIs to ensure successful client engagement and expansion of SVA products and services.
  • Advise clients on SVA product offerings, including new product launches.
  • Proactively anticipate and address client concerns and questions.
  • Provide customized communication for each customer on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and review customer retention data and implement new engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or related field is required.
  • 2+ years of prior customer service, account management, consulting, solutions engineering, client sales, and/or ERP implementation experience required, preferably utilizing Acumatica software.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to problem solve independently and operate with ambiguity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Acumatica software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
