About the position

The Client Success Manager will act as the primary lead for digital campaign execution, focusing on enhancing client experience and achieving campaign results. This role involves collaborating with sales staff to advise clients on leveraging marketing solutions to meet their business objectives, ensuring effective delivery and maximizing return on investment. The manager will oversee client relationships and marketing plans, ensuring accountability for post-sale campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with client representatives through routine interactions.
  • Develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations and identifying opportunities.
  • Lead the creative development process to ensure optimized messaging and advertising assets.
  • Proactively manage relationships with internal and external vendors to meet deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and create innovative solutions for clients.
  • Drive campaign ROI and assist the sales team in growing accounts.
  • Incorporate evolving technologies into client solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns.
  • 3+ years of client service/account management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in client relationship management.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day campaign performance and assess trends.
