About the position

As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Executech, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. The role focuses on understanding client needs, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service, with an emphasis on strategic account management and identifying upsell opportunities for sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Proactively manage client accounts through regular communication, technical business reviews, and value identification.
• Champion service delivery by collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service to clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and educate clients on new offerings.
• Serve as the clients' advocate within the organization, gathering feedback and addressing concerns.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms and pricing with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide clients with insights to optimize their IT infrastructure.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a book of business with responsibility for maintaining recurring revenue.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience or exposure to project management.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
