About the position

The Client Success Manager at Listrak plays a vital role in supporting growth and retention for eCommerce brands by fostering strategic relationships with senior executives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or Digital Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp and apply concepts.
  • Resourceful self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Curious analytical thinker capable of turning data into actionable recommendations.
