About the position

The Client Success Manager at Locumsmart is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of the Locumsmart platform within Healthcare Organizations (HCO). This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to enhance user experience and satisfaction, driving client success, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The position may also include leadership responsibilities, such as training other client success managers and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Development, Implementation, and Account Management to drive client success in Locumsmart.
  • Work with the client success team to ensure a successful process is followed, including implementing, gathering feedback, and adoption of the tool.
  • Drive a seamless user experience by collaborating with product and services teams to ensure quick adoption and value gain from solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships and escalations, focusing on solving business problems and creating value through Locumsmart.
  • Partner with support leadership and product teams on feature enhancement, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote new thinking and contribute to product planning, providing client perspectives.
  • Engage continuously with internal stakeholders to identify business risks early and devise action plans.
  • Inspire confidence and drive utilization of Locumsmart through education and strategy sessions.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Locumsmart effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide customer education on using Locumsmart for staffing needs, scheduling providers, and approving timesheets and invoices.
  • Increase feature adoption by positioning new features to enhance understanding.
  • Prioritize complex Locumsmart challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of contributing factors.

Requirements

  • Experience in client success or account management roles, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and situations to identify business problems and solutions.
  • Experience in training or educating clients on software tools and solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with healthcare recruitment software or SaaS solutions.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams or projects.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and vendor management systems.
