About the position

The Client Success Manager (CSM) at Morgan Stanley is responsible for providing comprehensive service and support to an assigned book of clients within the Client Services department. This role involves managing stock plan administration services for corporate clients, ensuring accurate processing of participant transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The CSM will utilize various tools, including Equity Edge Online, to support accounting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements while proactively identifying sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Apply equity compensation expertise to manage an assigned base of Corporate Clients.
  • Update Equity Edge and Stock Plans daily based on data updates from assigned Clients.
  • Ensure timely processing and settlement of participant stock plan transactions.
  • Conduct surveys and track Disqualifying Dispositions.
  • Perform Valuation Reporting and Section 16 Insider Reporting.
  • Monthly balancing of Client plans.
  • Manage Client inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with various teams to deliver solutions for Equity Compensation Support Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in equity compensation administration.
  • 2 - 5 years of prior B2B experience.
  • Ability to manage a moderate level of assigned clients.
  • Knowledge of the brokerage industry.
  • Experience with global equity plans and complex plans such as restricted stock units/awards.
