Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and route them to the appropriate internal parties as needed
• Check clients in and out
• Handle client packages
• Coordinate with clients to reschedule as needed
• Gather information when clients' needs are not being met by the team, communicate with the appropriate parties to ensure problems are addressed
• Maintain and enhance client relationships
• Assist with new client account setups
• Ability to multi-task and handle complex issues with clients with care and understanding
