About the position

The Client Success & Marketing Assistant at On Point Chiropractic is a part-time role focused on enhancing client experiences and supporting marketing efforts. This position is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for clients, managing administrative tasks, and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients. The assistant will engage with clients both in-person and through various communication channels, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the services offered.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing content and build networking opportunities.
  • Be proficient in the use of Instagram and be comfortable shooting video footage/testimonials.
  • Find and coordinate community events and workshops.
  • Create paid advertisements on social media.
  • Successfully communicate the value of our services in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
  • Comfortably hold lengthy conversations with new and prospective clients to ensure commitment to services.
  • Handle objections to price and scheduling effectively.
  • Provide an exceptional waiting room environment and world-class client experience.
  • Ensure clients who call for appointments are scheduled accurately and informed about time, cost, and commitment.
  • Communicate with clients before, during, and after their sessions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and foster deep relationships with clients to encourage referrals and positive reviews.
  • Ensure all appointments are checked in and reconciled promptly and accurately.
  • Take payments, provide accurate receipts, and maintain records.
  • Tidying up the office and general cleaning.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing.
  • Strong customer service skills with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and execute marketing strategies on social media.
  • Strong follow-through on commitments and responsibilities.
