About the position

Standvast is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic, impact-driven team. As a Client Success Onboarding Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new customer accounts, contributing to our commitment to excellence in customer service. This position requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who can collaborate effectively with various internal teams and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent teammate who is hands-on, highly detail-oriented, and process-driven. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while completing various tasks that touch every area of our organization. This position has significant exposure to our company leadership and customer-facing opportunities. We will train a person with the right attitude, energy, and integrity. Qualifications for this role include a strong enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environment, with a strong focus on customer service emphasizing timely and accurate communication. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, is required, along with 2+ years of product, solutions, and/or technical customer support experience in a comparable environment. Effective organizational and project management skills are essential, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and ownership of results. Proficiency in research, analysis, and problem-solving to navigate complex situations is also necessary. The ability to maintain relationships with internal/external clients at all levels of the organization, consult with customers, and assist in defining their needs is crucial. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Google suite are required, along with advanced written and oral communication skills in English. A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Surprise and delight Standvast customers in every interaction
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Standvast's value proposition and products, demonstrating how they benefit our customers
  • Efficiently set up new customers in the Standvast system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Educate new customers on Standvast's key processes and guide them through their next steps for effective collaboration
  • Respond to customer inquiries and proactively address questions during the onboarding process
  • Lead meetings with customers, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate projects required for customer setup (e.g., warehouse transfers, product relabeling)
  • Manage and update customer education materials to continuously enhance the onboarding process
  • Provide support to the Customer Success function with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of product, solutions, and/or technical customer support experience in a comparable environment is preferred
