The Client Success & Partnership (CSP) Manager at Advertise Purple is responsible for managing influencer recruitment and client relationships within the Content Studio, a specialized unit focused on helping e-commerce brands grow through influencer marketing. This hybrid role requires a blend of social media management skills and the ability to develop customized marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls with clients to understand their goals and develop customized influencer marketing strategies.
• Conduct social media, vertical, and competitor analysis to inform client strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Source and recruit influencers using various platforms.
• Maintain accurate tracking of influencer outreach and manage successful partnerships, ensuring a seamless handoff to other stakeholders.
• Support the success of client campaigns by ensuring high-quality content is produced and aligns with brand objectives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, with strong fluency in TikTok.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• Highly intelligent, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client and recruitment tasks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role, with both remote work and in-office collaboration.
