About the position

The Client Success Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the Client Success department at Contact Government Services. This position focuses on identifying new opportunities, assisting with client program support tasks, and providing support to the Director level of the Client Success team. The representative will work closely with the Business Development department to help grow the company's prime and subcontracting portfolio, ensuring effective communication and execution of program initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the CRM by updating opportunity cards and assisting to establish pricing.
  • Identify and source candidates, conduct interviews, and submit qualified candidates against requisitions.
  • Review and provide presentations for candidates to be submitted to end clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of candidates to ensure they progress through pre-screens, interviews, and security screening processes.
  • Manage, update, and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of core documentation and systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of government contracting.
  • Assist with the maintenance of CGS's client relationships and respective needs.
  • Create organic growth with existing clients.
  • Participate in deal crafting and business strategy for growth, including pricing and contract term considerations.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients from wins from new prime and subcontract bids.
  • Assist the Business Development team with pricing, market research, technical writing, and sourcing key personnel.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of general business practices and government contracting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with various technical communication methods.
  • Demonstrable experience in executing program initiative style tasking.

  • Experience in business development or client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems.
