About the position

AdCellerant is an award-winning tech-enabled services company that has brought Madison Avenue-level digital marketing solutions to Main Street businesses since 2013. We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Client Services team, focusing on deepening relationships with our premier advertisers. This role is a unique blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and client management, ideal for someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing and client engagement. With at least 3 years in the digital marketing field and strong experience in client-facing roles, you'll be pivotal in crafting and implementing strategies that resonate with our clients' goals and our company's vision. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with internal teams to roll out effective advertising campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication and detailed reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Strategic Select team along with our agency Business Development, Client Services, Creative and Operations teams to develop and implement current post-sale workflow and strategy to retain and grow revenue among strategic clients.
  • Support Business Development in some key new business presentations.
  • Work with Business Development and Ops to execute post-sale deliverables that align with the client’s KPIs and the team’s budget, including strategic advertising campaigns, pixel placements, campaign audits, reporting, in-market visits, creative strategy, and creative development as needed.
  • Oversee AdCellerant’s largest advertisers through its strategic AdCellerant Select team, offering support, analysis and client services to retain and drive revenue.
  • Ensure internal communication with the team is clear on its goals and strategic plans to drive revenue.
  • Maintain and elevate standards of superior client service, translating and executing sophisticated marketing strategies that include digital, creative and traditional media.
  • Participate in planning, building and delivering training for key clients on various marketing topics.
  • Deliver client reporting on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis, leveraging proprietary technology, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Contribute ideas to help the company continue to grow at a rapid pace.
  • Perform troubleshooting steps to resolve issues and document best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of working and communicating with clients focused on digital marketing, data, operations and/or advertising performance conversations.
  • 2+ years in a client services or business development role (at a digital advertising company preferred).
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to understand and execute plan once a contract has been signed.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of digital products and services.
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
