The Client Success Specialist at Sportradar plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between internal teams and clients. This position focuses on ensuring client satisfaction by managing communication, onboarding, and troubleshooting, while also advocating for client needs within the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aiming to enhance the overall client experience with Sportradar's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication via email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, guiding clients through the setup and use of Sportradar products and services.
  • Understand clients' business goals and work proactively to identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Provide product training and resources to help clients utilize our solutions effectively.
  • Monitor client usage data and deliver insights to improve client engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to advocate for client needs and drive product enhancements.
  • Track client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Manage internal operations that impact client experience to ensure they are efficient and timely.
  • Proactively contact clients post-implementation based on account health metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication.
  • Interest in sports and familiarity with the sports industry is a plus.
  • Analytical and curious mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
  • Passion for delivering a fantastic client experience.
