Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Focus on client onboarding, retention, and proactive communication.
• Provide excellent client support and technical assistance daily.
• Track client activity in internal systems to execute account strategies and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with external clients and internal teams to resolve issues smoothly.
• Document processes and issues, providing feedback for internal improvements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• College degree required.
• 2+ years of Client Success experience (Account Management).
• Strong track record of managing client relationships and projects successfully.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS365, Teams, Outlook, Planner, and internet technologies.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage schedules independently.
