About the position

The Client Success Specialist at CommScope will play a crucial role in managing multiple provisional transactions and standard quotations within the Customer Experience team, specifically focusing on Outdoor Wireless Networks. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through logistical and risk analysis support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple provisional transactions concurrently with standard and material quotations.
  • Provide logistical and risk analysis support for transactions.
  • Define measures to be addressed by the NAR Customer Experience team.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in a related field or 3+ years of related experience.
  • Proven experience with computer applications including SAP, MS Office, and Business Objects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills with all associate and management levels.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Prior experience supporting distribution partners.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
  • Detail-oriented with a history of driving efficiencies and process improvements, including AI/bot experience.
