About the position

The Client Support Associate (CSA) at Accolade plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Accolade team, ensuring timely and accurate solutions to client barriers. This position involves collaborating with Health Assistants to enhance service delivery and maintaining effective communication with clients and providers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth flow of outbound notes and other correspondence as needed.
  • Identify providers based on client needs and preferences.
  • Assure availability and the right specialty and sub-specialty is available at a given practice through making outbound calls in a call center environment.
  • Efficiently and accurately communicate provider options back to the Accolade Health Assistant.
  • Collaborate with Accolade teammates to deliver the best possible service experience for clients.
  • Ensure voicemails and tasks are attended to by other Health Assistants when they are unavailable.
  • Maintain a record of provider engagement experiences to improve search processes and results.
  • Use IT tools, direct contacts, and personal influence to find provider options for clients.
  • Leverage multiple internal and external tools to resolve tasks and inquiries.
  • Assure note cards and other correspondences are mailed timely.
  • Conduct web-based non-clinical research as needed.
  • Complete special administrative projects as requested.
  • Comply with Company and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years employment experience in customer service, service industry, administration, or reception
  • 1+ years hands-on experience with web-based applications
