• Evaluate data and create sales reports to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
• Provide direct feedback to the Sales Manager regarding client experiences and suggestions to refine sales tactics and enhance client retention strategies.
• Actively participate in daily meetings designed to improve sales techniques, elevate customer service skills, and develop leadership within the Client Support Associate team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
