About the position

As a Client Support Associate (CSA) at Accolade, you will provide essential administrative support to your colleagues by delivering accurate and timely solutions to client barriers. This role involves managing outbound communications, identifying provider options based on client needs, and collaborating with team members to enhance the service experience for clients. You will also maintain records of provider engagement and assist in various administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of tasks related to client needs.
  • Identify providers based on client preferences and needs through outbound calls.
  • Communicate provider options clearly to the Accolade Health Assistant.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver the best service experience for clients.
  • Attend to voice mails and tasks when Health Assistants are unavailable.
  • Maintain records of provider engagement experiences for process improvement.
  • Utilize IT tools and personal influence to find provider options for clients.
  • Conduct web-based non-clinical research as needed.
  • Assist with special administrative projects as requested.
  • Comply with company and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or administration
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with web-based applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and maintain flexibility
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and navigating PCs.
