About the position

The Client Support Associate at Engage8 Solutions is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and client support. This position serves as the primary liaison between clients and their customers, promoting products and services while ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, tracking campaign performance, and adhering to compliance guidelines, all aimed at driving sales and enhancing brand awareness in the Nashville market.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and client support while promoting Verizon's products and services throughout the Nashville market.
• Engage directly with clients when conducting product demonstrations, and confidently answer questions regarding products and services.
• Track campaign performance and report sales metrics directly to Senior Management and Verizon, providing feedback on areas of improvement.
• Adhere to client compliance guidelines at all times to ensure the brand is represented in a professional manner.
• Attend daily meetings both virtually and in-person to ensure a thorough understanding of our clients' products, services, and promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, customers, or teammates.
• A desire to learn and implement new skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our onsite location.
