About the position

The Client Support Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for clients, responsible for managing client requests and ensuring timely communication with vendors. This role is essential for maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the account management team in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with quotes by reaching out to vendors to obtain pricing information.
  • Research, edit, and submit proposals to clients at the direction of Account Managers.
  • Identify inconsistencies in quoted prices and other documents, communicating with vendors as needed to clarify discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely turnaround for client and vendor requests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of B2B customer service, client service, or account management experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer and tech savvy, ability to type 40+ WPM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Energetic, eager, and willing to learn.
