Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the rental and return process at airport lots.
- Check cars and enter information using a handheld device.
- Process rentals for loyalty customers.
- Provide assistance at exit gates and check-in cars at return.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work all shifts as required.
- 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
