Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the rental and return process at airport lots.
  • Check cars and enter information using a handheld device.
  • Process rentals for loyalty customers.
  • Provide assistance at exit gates and check-in cars at return.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout all interactions.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts as required.
  • 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
