Responsibilities

• Directly responding to client and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams, including sales and product development
• Managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information
• Providing product demonstrations and assisting clients in navigating our platform or services
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients, contributing to sales targets
• Documenting client interactions and feedback, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
• Collaborating with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex customer issues
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
