About the position
The Entry Level Client Support Representative will act as a vital link between clients and their customers, focusing on expanding brand awareness through engaging sales presentations. This role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, as the representative will facilitate customer interactions and maintain a professional event space.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of tailored sales presentations
- Execute the set-up of each event, including displays and inventory
- Facilitate customer interactions throughout the event on behalf of our clients
- Participate in training opportunities to stay up to date on our clients
- Maintain a professional event space at all times
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to ask questions and learn more about our clients and their services
- Track and report all sales to senior management
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service, sales, or similar position
- Experience working with a team to successfully execute an event or project
- A desire to work in a hands-on environment with various opportunities to continue learning and expanding your professional skill sets
- Comfortability in a leadership or mentor role
- The ability to work full-time & travel locally
