About the position

The Client Support Specialist role at Universe, a division of Ticketmaster, is focused on providing exceptional service to clients by assisting them with their ticketing needs and ensuring their business objectives are met. This part-time position involves direct communication with clients, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating support efforts to enhance the overall client experience. The specialist will also engage in training and operational support, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize Universe products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients via Zoom, email, and phone to assist with event management and reporting.
  • Oversee a team of after-hour client support specialists and bridge operations for product, fan support, and client support teams.
  • Engage with event hosts and ticket buyers to resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Meet and exceed client service level agreements.
  • Identify and implement process optimizations to improve customer success flows.
  • Advise and assist clients with reporting and monitor chargeback activity.
  • Coordinate upgrades and hardware replacements at client sites.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to address client needs and communicate roadblocks.
  • Provide after-hours support for urgent matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, customer service, or sales.
  • Minimum of 1 year of account management experience managing partnerships across the country.
  • Strong understanding of technology and its application in client support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products.
  • Understanding of the Ticketing or Live Event industry is a bonus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ticketing experience is a huge plus!
  • Experience working in a Box Office.
