About the position

The Client Technology Manager (CTM) at ECI is a high-impact leadership role focused on delivering IT managed services to a portfolio of client accounts. This position involves managing customer relationships, ensuring client success, and leading projects to modernize client infrastructure. The CTM will work closely with a dedicated technical team to oversee technology services, provide strategic advice, and drive customer satisfaction through effective project management and support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee technology services for a portfolio of ECI clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Develop and maintain a deep functional knowledge of customer's goals and technical challenges.
  • Provide client-based feedback to ECI management for continuous improvements.
  • Assist with client-facing budget forecasting and financial cost analysis.
  • Engage with client compliance teams to provide security recommendations.
  • Enable clients using the latest technology trends in Information Security and Cloud Services.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through support case evaluation and task management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for successful project implementations and migrations.
  • Manage a team of Field Service Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers.
  • Be accountable for client technical escalations and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
  • Experience with Public Cloud platforms, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Technical project management experience for data/infrastructure migrations and upgrades.
  • Extensive experience in administration of e-mail platforms and security integrations.
  • Experience administering VMware vSphere and Hyper-V platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in deployment and management of routing, switching, and security appliance technologies.
  • Proficient in incident response management during security events.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP).
  • Experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace.
  • AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) administration experience.
  • Financial Services Industry experience.
  • Certifications in cloud services, network management, or cybersecurity.
